CONSTRUCTION GROUP CONTINUES TO
STRENGTHEN ITS PRESENCE IN WEST PALM BEACH
Condominium Division Awarded Contract
for Villa Lago
MIAMI (September 2005) – Miami-based Coastal Construction
Group continues to strengthen its presence in West Palm Beach. Thomas
P. Murphy, Jr., Chairman and CEO, announced today that the company
has been awarded the contract for the construction of Villa
Lago at Renaissance Commons, the second phase of a
1,700-unit Mediterranean-style mid-rise development in the heart
of Boynton Beach. Coastal was awarded the first phase of Renaissance
Commons last year, which consists of four residential buildings
and two parking garages.
Developer Compson Associates selected the Coastal Condominiums to
construct Villa Lago’s two six-story
buildings, totaling 328 units including one-, two- and three-bedroom
homes.
“All of us at Coastal are extremely excited about working
with such a reputable developer and look forward to delivering two
more well-crafted buildings to the second phase of this very progressive
project” says Murphy.
Featuring a traditional main stream design and stunning architecture,
each Villa Lago residence will boast a
spacious eight-foot balcony that allows residents to enjoy the “hometown”
scenery around them, with water vistas to the south and east. Located
just miles away from the beach, I-95 and the Florida Turnpike, and
walking distance from prime restaurants and retail shops, residents
of Villa Lago will enjoy pedestrian friendly
sidewalks and bike paths, a waterfront jogging recreational trail
and manicured lush landscaping.
Some of Villa Lago’s other amenities
include sparkling pools, sundeck and spa, as well as clubhouse,
game room and fitness center. Every residence has at least one covered
parking space.
