COASTAL CONDOMINIUMS AWARDED CONTRACT FOR THE EDGE

MIAMI (September 2005) – Thomas P. Murphy, Jr., Chairman and CEO of Miami-based Coastal Construction Group, announced today that the company has been awarded the contract for the construction of The Edge, two 15-story towers totaling 572 units and two five-story garages in West Palm Beach.
