STEVE SILVERMAN PROMOTED TO VICE PRESIDENT
IN COASTAL CONSTRUCTION GROUP’S CONDOMINIUM DIVISION

MIAMI (September 2005) – Thomas P. Murphy Jr., Chairman and CEO of Coastal Construction Group, today announced that Steve Silverman has been appointed Vice President for Coastal Condominiums, one of five operating divisions of Coastal Construction Group specializing in the construction of mid- and high-rise condominiums and timeshare residences. Coastal Condominiums has completed more than 3,200 condominium units encompassing more than 6,000,000 square feet.

“With more than 30 years of construction experience in the South Florida market, Steve is well prepared for his new position and I am confident that he will succeed in his new role,” Murphy said. “In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing the construction operations of Neo Vertika, Emerald at Brickell, Wind, and Axis.”

Silverman began working at Coastal in 2003 and most recently served as a Project Executive for Coastal Condominiums. With a vast array of experience in construction, he has worked on several high-end condominium and commercial projects, including the Ocean III Condominium in Sunny Isles, Sunset Place in South Miami and the James L. Knight Center in downtown Miami.
