COMPLETION OF BELLAMARÉ

MIAMI (September 2005) – Thomas P. Murphy, Jr., Chairman
and CEO of Miami-based Coastal Construction Group, announced today
that the company has completed the 1.5 million square foot BellaMaré
tower located on exclusive Williams Island. The $250 million project
is 30 stories with 210 units.
