Perceptive. Proactive. Resourceful. The Warranty Phase is where Coastal’s
experience really shows, and it begins in Pre-Construction. Our Quality Assurance/ Quality Control team performs a comprehensive review and analysis of the project’s constructability. During construction, we test all major building components … from concrete to closeout ... and we monitor each phase of construction ensuring quality is built-in the first time, every time.

We include the Client's team 90 days prior to turnover, we walk-through every major working component such as mechanical, electrical and fire systems with the building manager or engineer and present our Client with a digital recording as well as a project manual detailing all maintenance requirements going forward.

Bottom line... We care as much about how a building performs as we do about how it looks.
