David is responsible for safety management on all Coastal projects. He leads a team of multiple safety representatives and superintendents, all of whom are dedicated to keeping the Coastal team free from major accident and injury. His wide array of experience on both large and small projects has led him to develop a level of reporting that accurately tracks incidents in order to project and target necessary precautions and solutions. He has been instrumental in establishing our Experience Modification Ratio to one of the best in the construction industry. He is the chairman of the South Florida Associated General Contractors Safety Committee as well as the South Florida Construction Safety Fair & Expo.
