Jeffrey is responsible for the business development and construction management of commercial, institutional and multi-family residential projects within the company as well as the establishment of quality control, cost reporting and progress scheduling procedures. Prior to joining the Coastal team over a decade ago, Lee had over twenty years of experience in the construction industry, directing annual construction activities of over $150 million. He is a Florida native and received his BS in Accounting from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas.
